Cancellation Policy
Please note that 48 hours notice is required to cancel or amend appointments. Less than this and a charge will be applied of up to 50%.
Clients that fail to show up for their appointment will incur a charge of up to 75%.
New clients will be expected to pay for their appointment at the point of booking.
Clients booking online will be expected to pay 50% of their colour service cost to secure their appointment.>
